I’m Rob Kirby. I live near Oxford and work on applying AI in software organisations, with a focus on LLMs, workflows, and how teams change the way they operate.
Before software I was an Intelligence Corps officer in the British Army. Before that I studied philosophy. The through-line is probably something about information, judgment, and how to make sense of change.
